ACGM Raises US$100MM for EM Bank

New York, NY – Investment banking boutique ACGM announced today that on November 20th , 2015, it closed a debt financing transaction on behalf an undisclosed emerging markets commercial bank. The English law US$100MM perpetual subordinated loan was structured and placed exclusively by ACGM.

Significantly, the financing was accretive to capital and non-dilutive. Proceeds will be used to support the bank’s international expansion and growth. Announcing the successful debt financing transaction, Carlos Abadi, CEO of ACGM, discussed the importance of the transaction to its client.
